Reconciliation

Take the complexity out of reconciliation. Through a simple reconciliation workflow, capture and compare actual to estimates enabling continuous improvement in the estimation processes and ensuring the most accurate data is available for analysis.

The purpose of reconciling data in MiiNT is to:

• Adjust movements to verified volume and mass values
  • Ex pit movements should be reconciled to Survey
  • Processing movement should be reconciled to certified weightometers
• Balance inputs and outputs of stockpiles to survey volume and where applicable, certified weightometer mass
• A tool to analyse truck factor and densities allowing the business to refine numbers per material in order to ensure the most accurate numbers are generated during month. Most businesses manage to get calculated volume and mass to within 2-5% of reconciliation

Data Validation

At the end of each month data needs to be finalised and reconciled before it is locked. The first step to the Month end is ensuring all the material movements have been validated by Geology.

Note: The MiiNT website will have issues with Date fields if Firefox Mozilla is used, by default it converts all dates to US and there is no option to override. Please use other web browser.

Once the data is validated the Survey volumes can be uploaded to MiiNT to balance material movements and the stockpiles.

There are three parts to the reconciliation process, which are:

• Managing the configuration of the reconciliation tables within the MiiNT interface.

• Review Location Groups assigned loads within the reporting period.

• The balancing of material movements to reconcile the data to survey.
